Returns
You
have 10 days to be certain that you like the item you ordered. We
cannot accept any item that have been worn or used.If for any reason
you find that we do not meet our standards, you can return your
item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 10
days of shipment from Luster. If you have any questions about our

Returning your order:
To return any item to Luster please follow our three step process:
1. Call /email for a Return Authorization Code. Email/fax this code
with the item number that you are returning. Please label the box
clearly as returned. . Place all the original packaging in the box.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Insure your package fully before returning. We do not process packages
that have not been insured. So ship your package via US Postal Service.
Also, request a return receipt to ensure your shipment is tracked.
Once your return is received it will be reviewed by our Quality
Assurance department. You will receive notification regarding your
return or exchange within five days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will
be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been,
resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted
for return.
No returns accepted outside the US custom reasons.
